Frequently Asked Questions
What is a dummy ticket?
A dummy ticket is a flight or hotel reservation that is held for a short period. It looks exactly like a real ticket and contains a valid booking reference (PNR), but it is not a paid, confirmed ticket for travel. It's primarily used for providing proof of travel plans for visa applications or proof of onward travel without having to buy an expensive, non-refundable ticket upfront.
Are your tickets verifiable?
Yes. Our flight reservations include a valid PNR code that can be verified on the airline's website, usually for a period of 24 to 72 hours. Our hotel bookings are also verifiable directly with the hotel.
How long does it take to receive my documents?
We pride ourselves on speed. Most orders are processed and delivered to your email address within a few hours. We guarantee delivery within 24 hours.
Is this legal for visa applications?
Yes. Many embassies understand that applicants do not want to risk purchasing expensive tickets before their visa is approved. Providing a verifiable reservation (a dummy ticket) is a common and accepted practice to show your intended travel itinerary.
What is your refund policy?
Because we incur costs to generate the reservations, all sales are final once the documents have been delivered. However, if we fail to deliver your documents or if there is a mistake on our part that we cannot correct, we will issue a full refund. Please see our Refund Policy page for full details.
