General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate costs we incur to generate and hold reservations, we maintain a strict refund policy. All sales are considered final once the documents have been processed and delivered to your email address.
When Refunds Are Granted
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will issue a 100% refund in the following specific circumstances:
- We fail to deliver your documents within our stated 24-hour delivery timeframe.
- The documents we provide contain a significant error made by us (e.g., a wrong name or dates that do not match what you submitted in your order) that we are unable to correct in a timely manner.
- The booking reference (PNR) we provide is not verifiable on the airline's official website within the first 12 hours of delivery.
When Refunds Are Not Granted
We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- You change your mind, your travel plans change, or you no longer need the ticket after your order has been processed.
- You provided incorrect information in your order form (e.g., a misspelled name or wrong dates). We offer free corrections in such cases, but a refund will not be issued.
- Your visa application is denied for reasons unrelated to the dummy ticket we provided. The acceptance of a visa application is at the sole discretion of the embassy or consulate.
- The airline cancels the reservation after the initial verifiable period (our documents are intended for short-term proof only).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please reply directly to your order confirmation email or contact us at sales@247dummytickets.com with your order ID and a clear explanation of the issue. Please include screenshots if applicable (e.g., showing a non-verifiable PNR on the airline's website). All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 48 business hours.
